For customers with questions about their energy usage, bills, or available resources, Columbia Gas is here to help. The company is hosting a free Customer Open House event next week at its Canonsburg headquarters location to expand access to in-person support for customers as the winter months approach.
The Customer Open House will take place on Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2026, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania office located at 121 Champion Way, Canonsburg, Pa. Customers can come or go anytime between those hours.
During the event, customers can visit a variety of staffed informational stations to explore topics most relevant to them and engage in conversations with knowledgeable team members.
Columbia Gas representatives will be on hand to provide guidance on financial and energy assistance programs, customer service and account assistance, energy efficiency resources, understanding customer bills, safety and reliability, community partner support and more.
These stations offer customers the opportunity to ask questions, receive personalized support and access tools and information designed to help them manage their energy use and costs more effectively.
Columbia Gas offers assistance programs that offer flexible payment options, budget plans and income-eligible financial support. Customers can visit the Columbia Gas Energy Assistance Resource Center to access energy assistance fact sheets and an eligibility calculator to determine what programs may best meet their financial situation.
