Residential and small commercial customers can start new service, move service to a new location or cancel service online.

    What you'll need:

    Name, SSN/TIN, Phone, Date Of Birth, and Email Address for the primary account holder
    Date to start service
    Address where you will start service

    Transfer your service to another location we serve
    What you'll need:

    Current utility account number, Phone, SSN/TIN, and Date of Birth
    Dates to stop service at the current address and start service at the new address
    Address where you will transfer service

    Move Service

    Stop your service with us at your location
    What you'll need:

    Current utility account number, Name, Phone, SSN/TIN, and Date of Birth of primary account holder
    Date to stop service
    Address where you will stop service and mailing address

How can I manage my account once I've established service?

It is as simple as visiting our website at https://www.columbiagaspa.com to register your account. Once registered, there are many options available to help you manage your account. You will need account number, etc. to register.

Will my current program enrollments transfer automatically to my new address?

Budget, AutoPay, and Alerts: Please register your account online to manage your enrollment status
Paperless: The self service option will guide you through enrollment at that time. You can also manage your enrollment status online
Payment plan and credit agreements: Yes, your current payment plans will transfer.
Choice: Your participation in our Customer Choice program will end when the service is canceled at this address. If you wish to participate in the Choice program at your new location, you will need to contact your supplier.
