Modernizing Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania means improving how we operate, strengthening responsiveness and responsibly managing the costs we control so customers can continue to count on safe, dependable natural gas service.

WHY NOW?
Updating Our Contract for Today’s Needs
Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania will begin contract negotiations in 2026 as part of a routine and structured process that supports long-term planning. This cycle is particularly concentrated, with four collective bargaining agreements covering approximately
300 union-represented field employees set to expire over an 11-week period beginning in August 2026.
Those agreements include Steelworkers 7139-03 in Washington, Steelworkers 13836-14 in Uniontown, Utility Workers 475 in Monaca
and Utility Workers 479 in Bridgeville.
