Self-service functions are available 24/7 by using our automated phone system. To speak with a Customer Service Representative, call 1-888-460-4332, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. 

New Business Services (Establishing new service)

To request service, call in a meter reading or ask questions about your account, call during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. For emergency service, you can reach us at 1-800-440-6111 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
