To ensure the delivery of safe, reliable, and efficient natural gas, more than one mile of underground steel pipe will be replaced with plastic pipe along Peer Street, First Street, Second Street, Third Street, Fourth Street, Fifth Street, Fort Street, Smithfield Street, and Center Street.
