NOTICE OF PUBLIC INPUT HEARING

For Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania, Inc.'s Rate Increase Request

Docket No. R-2018-2647577

The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission has scheduled a public input hearing to receive public comment on Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania, Inc.’s request to increase its natural gas distribution rates by $46.9 million per year or 8.16 percent. Members of the public are welcome to attend the hearing and to provide comments for the public record. At this hearing, you will have the opportunity to present your views in person to the judge hearing the case and the company representatives. Members of the public may provide public comment in one of three ways:

  1. By making an unsworn or unaffirmed statement, “off the record” and not subject to cross-examination. The court reporter will not transcribe these statements and they will not be consider by the judge in making his decision;
  2. By testifying formally, under oath or affirmation, subject to cross-examination, and;
  3. By providing information to the attorney from the Office of Consumer Advocate for their possible use at the hearings at their discretion.
