We’ve made changes to our online payment process based on your feedback! We hope you enjoy the new improvements, including:
Online payments through our site:
- Same day/Next day payment posting - When you make a payment on our site before 8:00 p.m. on business days it will post to your account that same day. Any payment made after 8:00 p.m. or on a weekend or holiday will post the next business day.
- Future payment cancelation - If you schedule a future payment, you now have the option to cancel pending future payments up until 8 p.m. the same business day the payment is scheduled to post. For “Pay Now” payments, our call center can cancel your payment up to 8 p.m. ET that day.
Automatic Payment features:
- Automatic Recurring Payment service – When you sign up it will become effective immediately with your next gas bill and you’ll have the ability to update or cancel any previous pending payment.
- Need to update your banking information for your Automatic Payment? Now you have the ability to do that online and it becomes available for use immediately.
- Mobile website – You are now able to enroll, update or cancel automatic payment from your phone.
