Who is eligible for this program?
Any commercial or industrial customer that has a daily read meter, and uses a minimum of 2,000 mcf a year. Some restrictions apply.
Are the gas prices negotiable?
When you request a quote, the price you receive will be our current offer, and will be good for the dates listed on the letter. The offer price can change based on the current NSS cost of gas. If you would like a quote please call 1-866-580-8962 or the sales representative listed on your invoice.
What if I return the contract after the deadline listed?
Your contract quote price may no longer be available due to changes in the market. Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania would calculate a new price for you based on the current market. Getting your contract in on time is the best way to get the best price!
How long is the contract term?
Our contracts are for a minimum of 12 months.
What if I do not opt for a bank?
If you decide that you do not want a bank, you will be charged for only what you use.
Is it true that you offer a balancing service?
Yes, that is true. The NSS price already includes a balancing service.
Do you have to nominate gas every month?
No, Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania does all the nominating for you.
Is it true that you offer a fixed rate option?
Yes, it is true. You can now control unpredictable natural gas prices, and make it easier to stick to a budget.
What is the charge for over take volumes?
Over take volumes are sold at a market-based rate as negotiated in your contract.
