If you smell gas, or have some other emergency situation, go outside and call our emergency number: 1-888-460-4332. Select option 2 from the automated menu for carbon monoxide or gas emergencies or call 911. We respond to gas leaks, odor of gas or carbon monoxide symptoms 24-hours day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

Self-service functions are available 24/7 by using our DirectLink automated phone system. To speak with a Customer Service Representative, call 1-888-460-4332 and select option 2 from the automated menu for carbon monoxide or gas emergencies Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

To request service, call in a meter reading or ask questions about your account, call during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday. For emergency service, you can reach us by TDD/TTY 24 hours a day, any day of the year.
